The generator makes a themed Halloween retrospective on a Spreo board, which comes with all the tools you need to run a great session, like sticky notes, timers, private writing, voting, and actions. You pick one of three mini-games for the team to break the ice: eyeball ping pong, zombie chase (think QWOP), or flappy ghost. You also get an interactive team mood check-in, and lastly an illustrated retrospective scene that is based on the description you provide.

And because this is in a regular Spreo board, you can of course edit anything on it.

Yes, your generated board will be available for anyone with the link to join instantly, no sign-in required. If you wish to control who can join the board, you can sign in to add the board to your account.

The settings you choose are sent to Spreo's MCP server, the same interface that lets AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT build and edit Spreo boards. It lays the board out and generates the illustrations for you. All you have to do is run the session!
