Yes. One Editor can create boards, run sessions and invite anyone to an open board as a visitor, free and in any number. Add Collaborators to give people access to team boards automatically, use integrations, and be assigned actions.

One Editor for each person who creates boards or hosts sessions. One Collaborator for each regular team member. Everyone else can join open boards as a visitor.

• Editor: you create boards, run sessions, host workshops or schedule meetings. Usually facilitators, scrum masters, team leads and coaches.
• Collaborator: you're on the team and take part every week. You sign in, see your team's boards without being invited, use integrations, and get assigned actions.
• Visitor: you're joining one session, such as a stakeholder at a review, a client in a workshop or a department at an all-hands. You click the link and you're in. A board must be open for you to join it.

• Solo facilitator: 1 Editor and unlimited visitors, $13 a month.
• Product team of 8: 1 Editor and 7 Collaborators, $34 a month.
• Department of 50: 5 Editors and 45 Collaborators, $200 a month.
• Company workshop: 3 Editors and 200 visitors to open boards, $39 a month.

Set the board to open and share its link. People join in their browser with no account and no sign-in.

Collaborators sign in with their own identity (including SSO), see their team's boards automatically, can use integrations, and can be assigned tasks and meetings. Visitors can only join open boards, take part for that session, and don't have an account.

Anyone with the link to an open board can join. Boards are secure by default, so only open up the ones you're happy to share. For client work that needs secure boards and signed-in guests, look at the Consultant or Enterprise plans.

Not yet. We're adding the option for visitors to set a display name soon.

Yes, team roles can be changed at any point, as long as there are seats available. Adding seats will update your billing amount, pro-rata.

Nothing changes. Your plan and price stay as they are. If you'd like to move to the new plans or have questions, chat with us or contact support.

Your account is paused. Nothing is deleted and your boards stay visible read-only. Upgrade whenever you're ready, or ask us to extend your trial.

By card, in your local currency. Invoices are available on request in most major currencies. VAT is added on top of listed prices.

On Team, you either pay for the people you work with as Collaborators, or open your boards so they can join as visitors. On Consultant, you pay a fixed price per consultant and invite clients as signed-in guests, so your boards stay secure. Choose Consultant for client work. Choose Team for your own team.

Visitors work just like Miro's board visitors: anyone with the link can join an open board for free.

Yes. Spreo can be self-hosted as a private cloud deployment in your own environment, on your own infrastructure, wherever you choose to put it.
